Event Preview: Restaurant Expansion Panel

We’re very excited to announce our latest panel event, “Expansion: Building a Restaurant Empire.” We’re bringing in three nationally renowned chefs and restaurateurs from across the country to talk about expansion, a hot topic as we enter into 2013. It’s a question on every successful restaurateur’s mind: should you replicate your restaurant in the same city, or move to a new market further afield?

We’ll hear firsthand advice from three chefs who’ve successfully expanded their concepts: Danny Bowein (Mission Chinese Food), Michael White (Altamarea Group) and Andy Ricker (Pok Pok). The conversation will be moderated by Anne McBride, author and director of the Experimental Cuisine Collective at New York University.
